Looking at Scribb app for the website in place of pdf documents to prevent SGA website from getting spams due the vulnerability of pdf documents. All pdf documents will be made available in scribb format for better protection.

Happy New Year everyone. Welcome back!

It feels great to have everyone back.

1) Presidential video project was started
2) Book Trading website usage has increased after publicizing it through the telegram. We now have over 560 users in about 3 months.
3) The website was brought back up after being down for three days. The server was also changed to prevent future down time.
4) Website back up, Forums backup, book trading website back.
5) New email list creation
6) Website sections updated with current information. Students should be able to find the latest minutes of different branches on the blackboard.
7) Slide show on the front page was changed with new images from VCU Qatar, Midnight breakfast, SGA semi formal and other end of year pictures.
Looking into the possibility of getting new computers for the office. Working with Senate Clerk on getting the money to purchase them.
9) Waiting to hear from Senate Appropriations committee to make modifications to their webpage.
10) Looking into new web blogs to streamline election candidate profile listing.
11) Other changes made to the website
12) SGA printer fixed after initial complaint
13) Book trading website modified along with the forums. More changes in coming months.
