6) VCU SGA Football survey 7 started. Over 2100 students have taken the survey through vcusga.com
7) Met with Facilities Management and Commons staff to remove computer equipment from the office. It will take some time as there is some paper work to remove excess equipment.

Week of November 2, 2008

1)Made a backup of website
2)Made a backup of forums
3)Configured the vcusga email inboxes of all cabinet members
4)Made the survey for VCU SGA
5)Designed the script for VCU SGA survey popup
6)Configured VCU SGA website with earthcaller. This will allow the VCU students to leave us suggestions through their phones.
7)Worked on the technology presentation to the Senate
8)Planned future modifications to VCU SGA website

Tasks accomplished this week:

1) Made a weekly back up of forums
2) Started the process of changing DNS of the forums
3) I also updated Legislative, Presidential Roundtable, Student Organization Funding, Senate, Cabinet, Legislation, Minutes and Committee pages.
4) I created and updated VCU SGA Fall 2008 Elections Blog
5) I forwarded Elections information to Commons so that the information could be up on the SIT TV.
6) In addition, I also developed the “Technology @ SGA” page by coordinating with Ana, Chair, Communications and Technology Committee.
7) I plan on ordering new printers for office.
I also Installed Updates on Office Computers.
9) I also conducted two interviews for deputy director of technology

In this week, there were lots of developments as far as technology is concerned.

1) The computers and the printers were fixed by the DSA
2) The website was made available to all users on Thursday
3) The SGA Forums were created on an external server to prevent over loading of the website server
